Item - Masonry Nigel

Masonry Nigel used to be part of a team, they were team building and lots of happy people used to live in the building and team building was happy. Then one day an evil pestilence detroyed the building and he and all his other team players were crushed in a crushing machine. This has left Masonry Nigel with PTSD and he cant stand up properly and always gets worried if the building he is in is being demolished. Masonry Nigel requires a stable property to live in that is unlikely to be bulldozed.
